How do I purchase a large number of bon-bons for an event?
If you have a requirement for a large number of bonbons, you can purchase our catering or hospitality packs which come in boxes of 36. If you are looking for a larger number than that, please send us an email - hello@crackersforbonbons.com and we will get right onto it for you. Of course, there will be significant cost savings available for people looking to purchase in significant quantities.
Which courier or shipping company do you use?
We use Australia Post for most deliveries, especially for regional, remote and international deliveries as they have the best coverage of any courier network in Australia, however, we also use Sendle for some deliveries to major metro cities.
I live in a remote OR regional area, can you still ship to me?
Yes, absolutely. We have shipped to FNQ, mines in Exmouth, Derby and Nhulunbuy and we also ship to NZ.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Absolutely! We have a number of customers in the USA, UK, Europe and NZ. Just add a product to cart and you will see shipping costs when you check out. Please note that in order to receive your cracker before the 25th of December, we recommend that international customers order from us no later than December 1st.
Is GST charged on my order?
All orders are sold inclusive of GST, however, for larger orders to hospitality/corporate, there may be some GST applicable, however we will notify you at the time of purchase whether or not this will be the case.
What is the cut-off date for ordering in time for Christmas?
If you are based in Melbourne, and we have stock, you can click and collect from us right up until Christmas eve. If you are in a state other than Victoria (or outside of Metro Melbourne), I would suggest getting your order in no later than the 18th of December in order for it to arrive before Christmas. Crackers for Bonbons takes no responsibility for orders that do not arrive before Christmas, especially those ordered after the 18th of December.
Can I pick up from you directly?
Yes, it is possible to pick up from us directly from our warehouse in Braeside. You will need to give us a call or email us to collect your order, and we can provide directions on how to reach our warehouse. We can refund you the shipping costs after you have collected your order.
